Cincinnati Bengals fans are mourning the sudden death of Chris Henry, Wide Receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals.  Henry died this morning at 6:30 am from injuries he sustained from falling off the back of a pickup truck according to authorities during a domestic dispute.

The announcement sent shock through the Cincinnati Bengals community.  Bengals fans are sad and in disbelief over Chris Henry’s passing.  “I think it is tragic”.  “It’s sad that all the demons he faced in his life, and he was just finally turning his life around” said Liz Shumaker who has been a long time Bengals fan. Cincinnati Bengals Wide receiver was no stranger to trouble.  He has had multiple run in’s with the law while with Cincinnati.  He has faced suspensions on multiple occasions from the NFL.  The Cincinnati Bengals even cut him at one point only to bring him back.

Despite all of the issues, Chris Henry from all accounts was back on track, and was learning to cope with his issues.  He was raising three children with his fiancée, and had made great stride with regards to turning his life around.  He had found a new work ethic, and had began to show a side of himself that lead the team, the Coaches, and other Bengals players to believe in him again.  Even more importantly, he had begun to believe in himself again, and he felt he was really turning his life around. Chris Henrys death is tragic no doubt, and the Cincinnati Bengals organization, players, and fans are all having to deal with his passing.   It is sad to see any one pass a way at such a young age.
