Lewis indicated that receiver Tab Perry's hamstring pull will keep him out of Sunday's game at Seattle. With Chris Henry suspended, the Bengals are thin at receiver, though they got a boost from Glenn Holt's performance against the Browns. Holt held on to a 22-yard catch despite taking a nasty helmet-to-helmet hit from Cleveland safety Brodney Pool. He later returned a kickoff 65 yards and, despite coping with a leg cramp, absorbed another big hit to catch a 7-yard touchdown pass. Stepanovich fills in nicely With starting center Eric Ghiaciuc out because of an injured thumb -- he's expected back this week -- former Ohio State lineman Alex Stepanovich took over. "I thought he did great," quarterback Carson Palmer said. "He came in against a guy (Ted Washington) who's played 17 years in the league and probably has 100 pounds on him.
