The Bengals lost their third consecutive preseason game: Atlanta 24 Cincinnati 19 The Benglas survived the media circus in Atlanta following the Michael Vick situation, but lost their nationally televised Monday Night football preseason game against Atlanta. The first string offense finally scored on a pass from Carson Palmer to Chad Johnson. Overall the team looked ok, but there are still a lot of questions that need to be answered. With Marvin Lewis confined to coach the game from the press box due to his operation on his ankle, the Bengals worked through a few of the earlier bugs in the offense. The team actually put together some impressive drives that ended in scores. Ther are still a lot of unanswered questions about this team that need to be addressed and a lot of work that needs to be done by the team to be fully ready to face Baltimore on Monday Night Football.
