Growlzone.com Website Membership Terms and Conditions

By registering and becoming a member of Growlzone.com, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Growlzone.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this membership agreement and impose changes without prior notification to its members.   Members will be responsible to check the Growlzone.com website’s terms and conditions to review any changes that may be implemented by Growlzone.com.  You must be 13 years of age or older to become a member of growlzone.com. Our membership is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.  You agree that you will not assume a false identity during the sign up process. You agree to keep your contact information up to date at all times while you are a member.

Growlzone.com has the right to terminate a member at any time for any reason without previous notice with or without cause. 

• Growlzone.com will not distribute, provide, or sell Members contact information to any 3^rd party company.  All Membership information is for the sole use of GrowlZone.com.  We will not share your information with anyone else for any reason. 
• Growlzone.com cannot be held responsible for any loss, issues, problems, or harm that may arise as a result of using our website or as a result of advertising or promotional offers or incentives provided to our Members via our Advertisers/Affiliates/Partners. Members agree to hold Growlzone.com harmless against any issues, claims. or legal action that may arise as a result of signing up to become a member of our site. GrowlZone.com and its ownership will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the use or Growlzone.com web site. 
• By becoming a member of GrowlZone.com and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree not to bring legal action against GrowlZone.com for any reason, and you agree to waive any legal claims that you may have against GrowlZone.com.
• You agree that GrowlZone.com or its ownership can choose to terminate your membership for any reason with or without cause. 
• You agree that these Membership terms and conditions are fully transferable in the event that the Growlzone.com website is sold to a 3^rd party. 
• By signing up as a member of Growlzone.com, you give Grwolzone.com, WhodeyCentral.com, and/or Cincinnatisportstalk.com full authority and rights to use any photo(s) we have taken of you (past, present, or future) of you at a Bengals game, tailgate, or any other Bengals event.   You provide Growlzone.com, WhodeyCentral.com, and Cincinnatisportstalk.com full rights to utilize your photo(s) on our website or for advertising, marketing, or promotion of our web site or for any other reason we see fit. 
• By signing up as a Member, you agree that upon termination of your Growlzone.com membership, Growlzone.com and WhodeyCentral.com retain full and unlimited right to use any fan photo(s) that we have taken of you now and into the future.     
• You agree to treat other Members with respect at all times. 
• As a Growzone.com member, you will have access to all features of our site.  This may include the ability to download/purchase fan photos.  Members agree that they will only download/purchase photos for their own personal use.  Members agree they will not reproduce, sell, duplicate, and manipulate photos they purchase/download form our sites in any way, shape or form.  All photos and sole rights are the property of Growlzone.com, Whodeycentral.com, and Cincinnatisportstalk.com.  Growlzone.com’s rules and regulations allow for members to download/purchase only photos of members that they know (themselves, family members, friends, or someone whom they personally know).  It is against the rules of this site to purchase photos of people/fans that you do not know on a personal basis.   It is against the rules of this site to use the photos for anything other than your personal use.  
• Members of Growlzone.com agree and fully accept the fact that all content on the site (photos, Growlzone written stories, copy, graphics, etc) belong exclusively to Growlzone.com and cannot be used for any reason without Growlzone.com’s written consent. 
• Members agree that Growzone.com will run contest from time to time.  No purchase is necessary on any contest Growlzone.com may run.  All Members are welcome to enter any of our contests.  Winners will be chosen randomly.  Once a winner is chosen, they will have 10 days to claim their prize.  In the event that a winner does not claim their prize or cannot be reached via their membership information on file, that member will forfeit any prizes won at their own expense.  A second Member names will be drawn and the contest process will repeat itself again until we find a winner that can be reached and can claim their prize.  All contest rules and regulations are final.   
• GrowlZone.com and it Ownership shall in no way be liable to you as a member for special, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, whether as a result of a loss of present or prospective profits, earnings, anticipated sales, expenditures, investments, commitments with this Agreement, or for any other reason or cause whatsoever. 
• You agree upon termination of membership for any reason with cause or without cause, GrowlZone.com.com and its ownership shall have no further obligation to you as a member. 
• You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with Growlzone.com.
• You agree to receive Growlzone.com site updates and e-mail advertising from Growlzone.com and its advertisers/affiliates/partners.
• Growlzone.com agrees not to send any e-mails that would be considered offensive to its Members.
