(Field Goal edition) 

1.        Matt Bryant hitting a 62-yard field goal is almost as improbable as David Klingler coming out of retirement and taking the Bengals to  the Super Bowl, however, as we all know, one of these two things will never happen.

2.        Poor Lawrence Tynes, usually a 53-yard game winning field goal would garner a few highlights, but as of this morning there are only about 60 people outside of Kansas City that know he made this field goal, and they all live in San Diego.

3.        Morten Anderson has socks older then Ben Roethlisberger, period end of story.

4.        Hey Dennis Green, the unemployment office called, just making sure your address is right so we can send you a check. a.        Here’s a debate for the PTI guys, which of the following will cost Dennis Green his job, blowing a twenty point halftime lead on Monday Night Football or losing to the Oakland Raiders. Trust me; it’s not the first one.                          

5.        The Vikings are most underrated team in football; I haven’t seen anyone this underrated since Balboa-Creed I.

6.        Speaking of underrated, the Dallas Cowboys are the most overrated team in football, take it to Vegas, they will not make the playoffs, I smell 8-8, or is that Drew Bledsoe’s new cologne.

7.        Finally, just for the record New England is good, real good. I’m afraid of them, defensive coordinators are afraid of them, J.P. Losman is afraid of them, heck, their own moms are afraid of them. Oh, and it does help that their division is the biggest joke in football this side of the bay area.
