TJ Houshmandzadeh's fourth quarter touchdown grab secured the win for the Bengals. Carson Plamer threw for 232 yards and had two touchdown passes. Rudi Johnson rushed for 102 yards on 26 carries. This ended the Panthers streak of holding their last four opponenets to under 100 yards rushing. Chad Johnson had a great reception that set up the key touchdown.
