The Cincinnati Bengals have added to their depleted tight end group, signing free agent Matt Sherry of Villanova. Sherry was a sixth-round pick last year and spent the season on injured reserve after suffering a shoulder injury in the preseason. The Bengals waived him on June 20. Before signing Sherry on Thursday, the Bengals were down to a pair of inexperienced tight ends.
